Our Management Team

     The DTS management team has decades of experience in providing onsite support to the federal government and has managed hundreds of employees performing diverse Operations & Maintenance tasks at several military installations and federal facilities. DTS has performed on projects valued at more than 60M since its inception in 1992 and has had as many as 175 employees at its various project locations. Customers have included the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, Defense Logistics Agency, US Forest Service and other federal agencies.

Hector De Leon, President and Founder

     Hector De Leon is an attorney, board certified in administrative law, with more than 30 years experience practicing the law. He is the President and managing stockholder of a multiple attorney law firm that he founded in 1977. Mr. De Leon is the founding member of De Leon Technical Services (DTS) and is its sole owner.

Michael Dousette, Vice President & Operations Manager

     Michael Dousette has more than 25 years of experience in managing multiple Federal Contracts for each branch of the Department of Defense, the Defense Logistics Agency, the US Forest Service and the Job Corps.
